The Buyer is an European company (Ebitda over €30M) that produces window accessories.
The wanted company must be a European-based (Germany, France, Spain & Portugal) manufacturing firm that specializes in the production and sales of insect screens systems, shutters & roller shutters, windows blinds, awnings, and pergolas with a developed operating model that ensures customers a high level of service and quality, with extremely fast delivery times.
The buyer evaluates companies with an Ebitda between €2M & €7M.
