Acquisition Criteria:

The Buyer is a pan-European group interested in a build-up process in the infrastructure space (bicycling infrastructure and street furniture to (semi-) governmental, construction, and B2B construction). In an extremely fragmented market, the wanted company must be active in one of these markets:

  • Cycling infrastructure (e.g., Single/two-tier; Bike shelters; Charging solution; Bicycle detection; Mobile app)
  • Street Furniture (e.g., smart bin, bus shelter, lighting, Carports, Sports & Play, Bollards & Fences, Benches & Tables)

For the buyer, all of Europe is interesting; predominately France, Italy, Spain, and Sweden); the EBITDA target is €1m+ with flexibility and firepower (even €10-15m of EBITDA is fine if the operation is interesting).
