Acquisition Criteria:

The wanted company must be engaged in designing and producing biomedical consumables kits with a focus on contrast, oncological or biological fluids, disposable medical devices like measurement and/or monitoring probes/catheters, and electro-medical equipment for diagnostics, radiology, resuscitation, and subcutaneous infusions. EV target: up to €30M. Target Area: Europe; North America (The North American company must have a salesforce network).

The Buyer is a European-based producer of biomedical consumables. For 2022, the business generated revenues of EUR 28,5m and an EBITDA of over EUR 3m. The company holds 14 patents and has operations in 19 countries.
