Lifco AB acquire Tastitalia
LIFCO AB acquire the majority of Tastitalia. Lifco AB, a Swedish holding company, is acting as a long-term owner. Tastitalia is a niche manufacturer of tailor-made touch panels, displays and keypads. Its shareholders will continue to manage the company and will retain a minority stake.
