The wanted company is a Hazardous materials removal, remediation activities, and demolition company operating in the core areas of asbestos removal products.

The Buyer aims to acquire companies with strong client bases in Spain and Italy (Target Revenues at €1/50 million, Target Ebitda €1/7,5 million).

The equity ticket is open and depends on the quality of the target’s earnings. The proposed deal consists of a Share Deal on the Majority up to 100% with/without earnout or reinvestment at the top. Co.
