Acquisition Criteria:

The wanted company is active in the diagnostics and molecular medicine sector. It is interested in research and production of analysis kits for diabetes and central nervous system pathologies and others, or producers of oligonucleotides and/or enzymes. It can also evaluate Instrumentation, equipment, and software needed for analysis.

The company revenue is a maximum of €30M with a maximum EBITDA of €5M and is located in Europe (including the Nordics) but preferably in Germany, Spain, and/or France. It could be also evaluating companies in Brazil

The buyer is a European pharmacogenetics company specialized in DNA analysis and molecular diagnostics kits for oncology, is looking for a company to create an international player. The buyer has an EBITDA of over €15M.
