Acquisition Criteria:

The Buyer is a €160m revenues and 30 million EBITDA company with 5 Production facilities, 18 Warehouses, six regional offices, and 500 FTE.

It has a unique ability to provide customers with fully integrated solutions and a high level of service:

The desired company should have an EBITDA between €1M and €25M and be located in the following regions: Spain, France, the UK, DACH, or Benelux.
