Acquisition Criteria:

The Buyer is an European-based company specialized in the design and production of lighting towers and generators for the rental market. Design, metalwork, powder coating, mechanical and electric assembly, and final testing activities are done internally. The Group has realized a turnover of €110M, of which 80% are abroad, with an €18M EBITDA margin. M&A should target to expand the product portfolio within the light construction equipment segment. The target company must have a preferred positioning in the rental channel as End market

The main acquisition criteria are:

Products: Light equipment manufacturers like Portable Lighting Towers, Green Generators for a specific application, Portable Messages Signs (only in North America)

Area: North America; Australia; France; Germany; Benelux; Nordics

Ebitda Target: Up to €6M.

Others: Secondary deals and special situations are evaluated; The seller must be on board as a minority shareholder.
