Acquisition Criteria:

The Wanted Company is active in the special fertilizers & biostimulants industry. The Buyer is looking for companies well managed in accounting and fiscal terms, active in special fertilizers like Biostimulants, Foliate Liquids, or Seaweeds products. The seller must have real products (registered and tested) and a solid and professional sales network. We do not evaluate chemical fertilizer manufacturers and start-up projects.

The target area is:

  • LATAM: (Revenues target up to €30M and Ebitda >€1M up to €4M)
  • GLOBAL: Seaweeds Company (Also smaller than the LATAM target)

The Buyer – a €60M revenues Company – has established itself as a leading developer and producer of biostimulants, soil and water improvers, defense activators, and specialty plant nutrition solutions for the agricultural sector. Headquartered in Europe, the Company is present in 90 countries across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Our client is looking for a target active in fertilizers and biostimulants products, especially Seaweed producers.
