Acquisition Criteria:

The Buyer is a European company that offers complete solutions within the nutrition and wellness sector. Our client is mainly interested in enteral nutrition companies and evaluates bars, proteins, carbohydrates, creatins, vitamins, and amino acids.

  • Our perfect target size is between €1 and 5M EBITDA. However, this doesn’t mean we can be flexible in this sense, so if we find any exciting opportunity over €5M EBITDA, we will analyze it.
  • We like to work under exclusivity with the potential target / bilateral process, but we also can be flexible.
  • Geography: Spain, Italy, France, Germany, UK, USA, Poland, Czech Rep., Slovakia.
