We are hiring M&A Business Development professionals
Dealnext Ltd is an independent European M&A advisor. Dealnext is looking for a highly qualified M&A Business Development Professional to join its team. Dealnext offers the opportunity to work as an external part of a small team, providing meaningful exposure to senior team members and clients. Day to day activities include:
- establishing a contact with the targets company’s shareholders to verify their interest and availability in entering discussions regarding the Transaction;
- assistance in sharing all documents needed to evaluate the company and organize all virtual meetings;
- assistance in negotiations – this excludes any Execution activities – with the Company’s shareholders until the Completion of the Transaction.
Qualification;
- at least 5 years of relevant experience (e.g. M&A Investment banking or transaction advsory services) minimum at the Associate level
- ability to manage an M&A Process
- ability to perform well under pressure and meet fight deadlines
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- solid academic background
- available to be engaged with an egagement letter
